Thanks dude. But mine is the Evo 2 Oval titanium.. Got to find oem front signal lights too.. And where can i "re-pack" the exhaust?? Wah dat fella say my silencer okay but atill very noisy and give me a fail.. And nowdays inspection have to rev very highhh?????

Hi guys, I'm thinking of getting my fz1n to get fitted with Hid headlights.... Anyone here did it and what is the consequences if LTA stops you? My headlight is really dim.. Weaker than my torchlight!

wah your torchlight must be damn strong. hehehe. if they really go out to fine you, then they will. afterall HID is still not legal unless factory fitted. -.-'

reversible as it is a change of bulb and adding a ballast. Supposed to use it with projector so that the light throw will be better. But if you don't, I hope I wont be riding in front of you at anytime.

Hmmm... Have to use with projector? Like the hayabusa headlight?

 

I wont say have to use lah like hayabusa or the newer r1 headlights, some like to call it "fish-eye", round round 1. but if projectors (stock reflectors should be blacked out as well, correct me if I am wrong) are used, the light throw will be better controlled and thus the light will shine where you want it to, and everywhere and irritate other road users.

 

not a pro here, i only used HID on my 2 previous bikes and both used projectors. just my 2 cents worth.

Hey folks, anyone did retrofit of their headlights to projector + HID before? Hand itchy want to do, and thinking of cost and process...

 

At least 3 peeps had a projector with hid.. Cost easily at least $200 or moreee

A lesson learnt today. Never be a nice guy and queue up to pump tire air.

 

A Indian uncle in a blue colour super4 cut queue to pump air claiming the queue start from his side when I park beside the pump waiting for my turn. I'll remember you old man.

I only pump my tyres when i dont have to queue. Many times these incidents happen.. There was once i waited for like 2 cars ahead and abt 10mins after. When it was my turn this blardy chi-toad behind me kept honking and shouting it was his turn. Wtf!! He claims his car was there and i cut queue.. I was super pissed off and tell him u can go pump. Wont die waiting another 5mins. Thinking about it now makes me want to punch his stupiak face. :mad::banghead:

Inspection confirm plus chop fail. U can check out ebay for the projector kits and maybe if "terror" enough can DIY. Need a hot gun for sure and etc..

To retrofit a Projector into you head lamp won`t be cheap. Unless you DIY yourself.

 

Most shop charge from $300~800 depending on what model of bike.

As they risk of damaging the headlight assembly if not well done. like Water leak into the headlamp.

 

Projector have those china make which cost cheaper Est $2xx

Or higher end like Charles and me using is from USA Est $4xx

I can install the stuff myself, but the wiring part is like :o I have zero idea how the whole wiring situation works. Do you guys have a guide you followed when installing yourself?

Hi bros, Im riding a fz6 s1. recently my givi monorack been making sounds from the metal. Just now I did a full check of where the sounds come from and found out there is a hairline crack on the metal arm.. Sian alr! Do u guys know where can I buy the fz6 givi monorack? Pls help me.
