Front ah.. cuz previously in order to makan must pull all the way till almost such the throttle. Now can use 2 fingers.. anyway you tried changing brake pad? Maybe its the pad. How u fail inspection sia. My bike falling apart still can pass.. hahaha

 

My rear brake bro. I think It might be the pad worn. Luckily, I got 1 spare ceramic pad. Bro YH, when u free? Need to replace my rear pad.

Not sure bro, my life is all taken up by work, reservist and gf.. Will try to find time for you guys.. Anyway, after some extensive and expensive repairs done to my comet.. My comets finally reached 135km/hr.. Im losing some low end power now.. Still need new cam bearings.. My carb tuning still messy.. Gonna retune the engine but i dont have the 1.5k onboard tuning tool.. Dammit.. Will buy one in future..

Failed my inspection yesterday due to my rear brake. Also, the guy told me that small signal lights not allowed by lta but he close 1 eye.

 

Last week at UM, I saw a pulsar with its rear tyre completely bald, I could even see the white carcass inside and I asked the owner whether he went for inspection. He said yes and passed it without problem

Cam bearing bro.. The stock clamp wasnt holding the bearing well.. So it damaged my previous new bearing.. So i did a little modification so that the cam bearing clamps right.. Without the mod, the bearing will roll loose in the clamp and vibrates and create unwanted noise like the bike is gonna fall apart.. Now its smooth but bearing noise is heard.. All gt125 have this problem.. I was planning to get data logger with wideband sensor.. It monitors the rpm, tps, afr, and such.. This will help in tuning the carb without going for expensive dynotune.. Everything is about 1k plus.. ive heard alot of car tuners using this as well..

Few more problems at top speed.. 130km/hr rpm at near 12rpm.. Fuel pump not working..

Bro 135 already very awesome speed for a 170kg nett weight bike that has a 125cc engine.. your brother is very fortunate to be riding that bike

How much is your speedo? My speedo does not read above 100kmh . BTW since your clutch is hydraulic u have spare clutch cable?

Oh fugg! I went there last week... failblog. BTW when I bought the brake pump, didn't know where the workshop was.. so the first uncle asked me to follow him.. haven't put helmet pillon getting up he open full throttle Liao! Then I go back say I lost the man.. they gave the 'Wtf' look hahaha.. The second uncle at ah boi asked me to put the stuff in his boot and follow him..almost lost him.. like he ate viagra or smth hahaha ... he lanesplit at full speed! All the way Frm start of journey he didn't turn off his right signal .. only reason I was determined to keep up was because my 45 bucks was in his boot! Come to think of it shouldn't risk my pillon's life..

Ah Boy workshop not that bad, bro. I got my fork oil refilled there for my pulsar cost 15$. Universal Motors charges 35$. Ah Boy did a good job too. Stuff like refilling fork oil, changing chain/sprockets etc are not rocket science and they can do it for any bike. Its much cheaper to do at Ah Boy.

 

I have already gone there three times(thats more often than universal motors ). I have changed my both sprockets and chain there for 35$ UM or any other shop will be 80$+. I had also fixed my rear box bracket( bracket only) cost 65$.

Haha, I agree. They are always busy and need lots of time and patience. I went there twice with my wife and both times waited for like couple of hours and she got fed up. I never get fed up watching bikes getting fixed . So next time I just went there alone on a lazy sunday

Actually you should set up temp workshop at the carpark. Confirm can earn money Frm comet bros. I don't think we mind paying the workmanship! Anyway the only work I know now is sign on navy.. hahaha can see men everyday and some fat chicks

yesterday morning, i was on my way to werk wen my bike suddenly jerks n shuts down. very suprising. i stopped at d shoulder n check if the petrol hose is connected. everything looks fine. start my bike, looks ok, then continued on to werk. suspect ders a slight choke on the petrol due to d rust issue on d tank.gona hav to find method to coat d internal tank.
