yesterday morning, i was on my way to werk wen my bike suddenly jerks n shuts down. very suprising. i stopped at d shoulder n check if the petrol hose is connected. everything looks fine. start my bike, looks ok, then continued on to werk. suspect ders a slight choke on the petrol due to d rust issue on d tank.gona hav to find method to coat d internal tank.

 

BTW, how did you find out that your tank is rusted from inside? Can you see it?

wen i first got my bike, bro yh opened up cleaned my carb. 4 d first time, i saw d carb opened in front of me n saw, rusts. ive read some other forum rider korider.com about the rust issue. says the 07 n below model has it. cant be help i guess. u might be right about d bubble or the lean thingy.

Thx YH for today's timing chain change.. I can tell is damn time consuming. Owe you one. Btw the irregular rev at rpm 4-7 is gone for now. acceleration feels more smoother and less jerky
