Hello bros,

 

I just passed TP last week and still searching for a bike. Still learning how to do this and that. I prefer big bikes and not those kupchai bikes. My friend intro me to Comet and I liked the look. And theres one now selling at forums. I also don't earn much right now cos serving NS and this bike seems to be cheap.

 

There aren't much Comets in Singapore. So just wondering and have a few questions.

 

I don't doubt that its a reliable bike. But what about servicing? Is there parts easily available if breakdown?

 

Also tell me what you like about the bike.

 

Welcome. Honestly bro, speaking from my experience and others, the 125 got lots of issues. One of them is the cam chain tensioner n some leaks here n there. But depend on ur luck. U might get the bike 2nd hand at a cheap price with minimal issues. Some arnt so lucky. Theres one 125 selling at heng motors, changi rd. Im riding the 250. Had very minor issue. The bikes great. The 250 and the 650 are great bikes. The 125 is like a prototype of the 250. The main dealer is ban hong at amk industrial. 64812156. Parts for the 125 are hard to find even at the dealer. But no harm asking them. Since this is ur first bike, u might wana try it out. But I advise u to think it thru carefully. Don’t rush.

Tank capacity is 17 litres. 1 litre will get u around 25-30km at normal speed. How much did they quote u on the bike u found?

Ezhr: u can find speedaddict for pulsar 180 or flealancer for hyo 125. ur choice. choose wisely.

Considering pulsar also. But need to find loan haha cos out of budget. Seen his post. Very tempting and nice

 

since ur still in ns, its hard for u to find a bank loan, unless u borrow from someone. my advise, even if u are valid for a bank loan, DONT. the interests will KILL u. but its ur choice.

Guys, im in a stable condition now.. Still figthing with deep pain every now and then.. What happen to me?? I was going straight when a taxi from the opposite direction suddenly make a last minute right turn.. The next thing i know, im already stuck under the taxi.. Its raining.. Im lucky to be alive.. Now i just hope i can claim the taxi..

worst way to die for a snake man. **** that centipede! gives me creeps man. anyway YH's Gf said he needs more rest as he is battling with the pain. I myself broke my forearm when I was 13. took 1 year to heal as it snapped in two completely. ****ing pain just for 1 bone
