u can adjust performance. u can use aftermarket parts as well. however, aftermarket parts wont last long. if u do use aftermarket parts, keep the stocks in case anythinG happens.

Bro where to go to adjust performance... and is there any place for aftermarket parts... Any recommendation?

ive got some exp for my pulsar, however i havent tried for the blade. in my exp, if u r confident about changing to aftermarkets, by all means, go ahead, other than that, better stick to stock engines. exterior mods r absolutely no problems.

plse note, its not 100 water proof, only splash proof. however, it dries fast. been using the bag for almost 3 years now. u can put ur helmet, it comes with a small key lock. but it will look funny la, one sided big, the other side small. the bag can expand. below is the example of the bag. taken from selangor trip last year.

very short review on my 2nd hand gt250.

FBA plate ( 4year old)

mileage when i first got the bike: 41000km.

things replaced when i fist got it: stock spocs front and back, x-ring chain (SGD$160), 2 ngk CR9EIX plugs, oil filter, 1.6litres of agip engine oil.

the pickup/acceleration wasnt that powerful, but its beter than my pulsar. (duh!) however, the sound of the engine and exhaust is damn smooth for a 2nd hand bike. i rode it quite a

while then i heard a sound coming from below when engaging 5th gear. i went back to the shop and told the mech abt the issue. i tot it was the bearing problem, but the mech tested

and told me it was the x-ring, due to the bigger diameter size, it produces that sound. theres another issue about the front and rear brakes. it looks almost worn off, however, the

mech adjusted both and now should be ok. also, the wirings. thats settled too. both tyres are new battlaxs, so im happy. (no change in tyres needed). clutch wise, i often get a neutral

whenever engage 2nd gear, and hard to get a neutral whenever i stop at trafic or carparks, it reminds me of my pulsar. riding along the heavy traffic

from changi rd towards kelantan lane, it was tiring, the sitting posture is not my type, cos im slightly smaller size. need to get used to it though. the same day, evening, i test ride it

on the malaysian north south highway via 2nd link, tuas. wow, its my first time traveling with this bike, pumped 120-130km/h,(rpm 8-9k) its increadibly smooth!! the next day, i went a short

trip to pontian with my fellow pulsarians. riding around 70-80km/h, ...its tiring. both my hands are numb. so i had to pump 110-120km/h for a short while. happy dat nothing bad happen dat day.

so far, theres no big issues on the bike ....yet. im glad that the first owner took good care of the bike eventhough the mileage is 41000k. ok, dats all for now. thnx for reading.

For me Varadero 125 is a good bike. My brother is using his Varadero 125. I will capture some photos of it sooner. :D

i totaly agree, vara 125 is a gd bike, i wont deny it. however, due to its europeasnism, the bike and the parts are exp for a 125cc.

17 july, went to jb to find a NAZA shop. its located along danga bay just after proton showroom.

unfortunately, they dont sell 125cc bikes nor the parts, only 250 and 650. the worst thing is they dont even know that 125cc exists. wat comes to a shock to me is that for 250 and 650, they have to order the parts from KL cos its very expensive. the monoshock suspension itself cost around RM600+. i was so disapointed and left. so much for high expextations. i immediately cancelled my plan for cutting my hair wshing my bike there (lost hope, hehehe) and went back to sg.

decided to call up phantom hellfire to meet up at heng motors.he wanted to service his carb cos his trottle response was damn slow. i was thinking it might be the cable, or something blocking the air inside the carb. the mech at heng said to let the bike stay there for a day or 2 but PH(phantom hellfire for short) didnt want to. so we had an unofficial kopi session and chatted until around 3+pm, then both of us went to HCL.

http://i674.photobucket.com/albums/vv109/Gaban84/DSC08402.jpg

http://i674.photobucket.com/albums/vv109/Gaban84/DSC08404.jpg

the mech at HLC explained to us that the carb had a leak and needs to be replaced. so he replaced both carbs. so after replacing, tuning here and testings there, finally PH got his bike up n running in the afternoon.

THE 'NOS SYSTEM' :lol::lol:

the 125 and the 250 looks pretty similar no?

that night we went to jb for accessories window shopping and makan. i was freaking tired and sleepy that night but can manage. we went back home around 3+am.

Hi Gaban, I never had any problems with neutral or 2nd gear on my 250. Try getting your clutch cable adjusted.
