if the products are good, why isnt doctors using it for their treatments? and its aunties, uncles, students promoting it? i rather believe in a doc than random ppl saying "look, i used it, look at me now". reason is i dont know if there is any effect 10years later? medicine passed for prescription has been tested for very long.

actually i recently realized diet is still important, by diet i mean have a balanced meal, carbo, protein, vitamins, fibre, etc, not going for days without food

seems like i reached the point where working out everyday can't seem to make me lose weight, have to watch what i eat too, aging is scary
