key word is relax. when the bike move off and go str, it is very stable.

if u are holding the handle bar too tight, it will upset the stability.

eh dude, correct teaching is grip the tank, but from what it seems, you might be gripping it way too hard. pract one try this, relax, thighs touch the tank can already, dont purposely grip it.. arms relax, bend 90 degrees at elbow, sit upright, dont lean forward or backward, shoulders relax, dont stiff up.. try that.

Vibrating bikes gimme the vibes...

Relax and enjoy the process :) Don't overthink and keep telling yourself what you should/ should not do, just ride naturally and try to be as comfortable as possible :)

Bro, i think you too gan cheong. If you have the time, you can youtube for this video "cornering bible keith code".

While it teaches more towards cornering technique, but the basic is there. Where to look when riding, posture, throttle control etc.

When riding bike, your grip on the handlebar should be firm, but not stiff. You need to relax. Try what Xianyu87 suggested. Although personally for me, i think thigh touch tank not enough, maybe a bit more squeeze better.

RIDE.

relax and focus, dun worry about anything, the instructors are equally stupid.

i pass my license at the age of 16 back in the early 90ties and lost it at the age of 31.

I retake my license at 33. During practical lesson 7 or 8, the instructor failed me for insufficient confident on the actual road. I was very fed up as he passed those blur cocks. I reply loudly, "Uncle, I have been riding motorcycle for 16 years, you says I duuno how to turn at zebra crossing, HUH? you know how many times have I ride to Thailand???", all the trainees look at us, I walk away after showing a piece of my mind.

forget to add, I also say, what I learn from this school, go out sure die, before walking away.

You are the one making the people work difficult. At the age of 33 I'm surprised you are still so immature and finally only got your license taken off after 16 years of immatureness on the road. They are just following a protocol created by traffic police who had been ruling the road ever since Singapore independence. (about half a century), so your 16 years experiences at Thailand/whatever road is a joke to them.

You are just extremely lucky you weren't caught for any serious offense and was able to preserve your license until your early 30s.

Insufficient confident on the actual road? Mine guess is you are trying to distort the instructor reason for failing you or are too hurt about that particular line such that you didn't even heck care the critical reasons. Mine guess is you properly did things all in a hurry and hence your blindspot, all safety check are messed up, and you still talk as if ur the king of the road with that cocky attitude, from your words i can already guess whats your normal riding patterns like. I see you this kind of riding attitude, even if you show me a few wheelie on 200km/hr I will fail you as well. If I'm the instructor, after failing you, I will properly add in a few sarcasm to hurt your pride which your so cocky about, for example "confident". Even if I can't pull out any stunt as good as you.

No offense.. If you want to pass and gain qualification to ride on the street, the first step you can do is learn to be humble like a normal average rider if not you don't deserve to be on the road. The traffic police protocol of negotiating a filter lane is alot more work with more checks required than how the common road user negotiate a filter lane.

hahaha, never seen anyone as immature as you... . If you doesn't know the full story, you can retain a little respect by not blowing untruth statements.
