btw.. i intend to change mirrors... but alot of bike shop told me that even S4 mirrors can't fit on my bike.. who where changed mirrors b4??

Err..well mine is the square ones like S4 but if you said S4 cant fit, then guess mine is not S4 ...... well Hazri is using those small type like Cagiva kind.... anyway leave it to the mechanic cos i understand that ours need to be of quality build to withstand the wind at highspeed and the vibration of the engine.......

When i bought it few years back i really like the look as it is. But now like getting bored so tot of ading stuff to it. So tot can meet up share ideas. How bout we arrange a X11 meet up at seletar golf course there?

if u are looking for accessories for X11s.. i think it's best that u searched over UK webpages.. i lost the 1 and only webpage i got..

 

as for compatibility to blackbird... sad to say, most accessories are not compatible..

tell us how you feel abt your beast enjoying it?

 

anyway like Roger says, it will be better if you look for accessories in UK site .... they have crashbars hugger and undertray and bellypans and handlebar risers and many other stuffs.... or you can PM Philip about the site cos i know he frequents there to get answers and all.....

Life here is cool. Typhoon season is almost over and the cool riding season

is just beginning. October is also the beginning of the selling, swapping and

buying spree. The classified ads are stacked with bikes for sale.

 

Life is good here.

Thank you for the warm greetings.

 

Its a second hand bike and the twin pipes came from

a M900 ducati Monster. Im currently looking for the original pipes.

 

How do i feel about the bike?

Its big, heavy and very very fast!

Im only 5ft 6 inches and weight only 185 lbs.

So its a very big struggle just to move the bike in my garage.

But i love everything about the bike and have no regrets.

Is there any way to lower the height of the bike

or lessen the weight?

Hai.... loosen the height, just loosen the suspension but that will affect the riding style.... lighten the bike, can be like Xlover change to a complete aftermarket full system pipe, and it will lessen the weight alot hehe... the stock belly pipe really weigh a ton ..... without it will shave alot of weight........ or the other alterntive is TO PUT ON WEIGHT on yourself hehehe..... just kidding.....

 

 

Anyway, hazri is fine with Sun nite ..... so why not postpone to Sun we go 2nd Link? Wat say you Eddy? wat say the rest of you X-11ers? of cos we can cast vote to decide Sun nite in Green City or neighbour up north?

I'll try to loosen the suspension a bit. Let s see how that works out.

The X is in the shop now. Im having it checked thoroughly.

I dont like riding when im not 101% sure the bike is ok.

 

There are very few X-11 bikes here. I personally know only one

and my mechanic services another. So there, just 2 so far! Hahahaha...

 

There are hardcore riders here as well as fair weather riders (like me) too.

Weekends and holidays are ride days generally. You get to see all the bikes

and the riders with their new leathers and outfits. There are bike meets,

bike shows, bike conventions, club rides, group rides even solo rides.

 

Since all you need to buy a bike ( no restriction on size!) here is a valid

motorcycle license, 18 yr old guys can buy the biggest or fastest bike in

the store instantly.

 

If ever you guys are coming over, give me a holler. Lets meet up

and i'll take you around. Im sure we can get some bikes for you to ride on.

I changed tyres last week, and am using Continental Road Tyres. Hard Compound, but very smooth ride indeed. Takes corners very well too. Got them from Pleasure Motorsports in Ubi.
