from what i heard from all of u guys in the forum,your rw only can go to 120km/h after the mod.......what is the diff and is it effect the engine after doing the mod like what u've told???because actually my bike can go to 130 km/h with original setting.....i just want to know what is the diff and forgive me if my word hurts u actually stsoh.....i'm sory......i just want to learn:smile:

Have u tried Jalan Sentul? Think they got plenty of 'experts' willing to mod 'ur RW engine as long u got $$$. Perhaps u could ask them to rebore the RW block & fit in a 150cc piston. This is just my silly opinion.. but as uncle Soh had said previously, he prefer to buy a bigger cc bike rather than mod the RW engine. I agreed. In addition he mentioned, modding our RW engine is pointless as we could do nothing with the gearing ratios.. something like tat.. Uncle Soh? Correct me if i'm wrong.

 

I'm not too sure with the hi-cam stuff but for the fibre thinngy.. I think he refers on silencer/muffler mod if I'm not mistaken.

 

Moriwaki, Akrapovic, Yoshimura and some others branded silencer will cost u a BOMB in term of price. I saw an Akrapovic complete set once at Sentul cost about RM1500++. Other places I don't really aware of where to find those silencers but I admired on IXIL silencer (http://www.ixil.com).. The sole distibutor is in PJ. Dunno what the price was.

 

Darn u could reach 130km/h with standart original settings? Care to share the secret?

Oh my god... TURBO.. but is it compatible with our RW125 engines? It would be damm fun if theres turbo installed... but i don't really think there will be top speed increase.. but i believe with a turbo system, pickup would be faster as torque will increase with aid of turbo..

 

bottom line: is it FULLY compatible with RW125?

Was riding on the SLE today when I came across a black RW from Malaysia.. Plate JHV 3**0.. and followed him all the way to Pasir Ris. Coincidentally he exited at the same place as me.. Hope he didn't mind me shadowing him all the way.. Felt nice to ride together with another same bike together.. :banana:

anybody feels that the m1 tyres are slippery.? like if dry, they skid when ever i brake hard.. but good it doesn't slip. however, when rainy days, it feel like no grip...

Thats why I change tyres after 1 year using the OEM ones. Now using Pirellis. Have since changed my sprocket to 14T/40T from original 14T/42T. The change have somewhat bring down my engine revs especially for the 90-105km/h range. I can now ride peacefully without having to hear the engine revs sound so high. However, less pickup now and going uphill is a slight problem especially when moving off at slopes.

My tyres still have at least about 1mm depth within its threads.. i can also feel my rear tire pressure is alittle low.. plus did't had time to settle my rear break... everytime when i stop got squeekin sound come out.. my rear break fluid is below level and i tink break pads are worn... recent days.. been raining... i nearly fell from my bike when the tire loss traction on white road marking arrow while turnin.. scary sh*t ...now got phobia off turning or going fast on metal grilled drains or on road markings... i was thinkin of changing to pirellis tire... 140/60 sizes...

looks more like a combi of high flow air filter and a modded CDI unit.....
