Ok thanks for the info uncle soh.

I got my throat cut by CKA when i purchased my 150/60 BT090 tires from CKA.

$260 for the set.

So warning to all.

CKA prices for tires are ridiculous.

Read a few threads on tires.

Apparently LAB and HKL offer best prices with quite a wide range of selection.

Anyway uncle soh, you mentioned WD-40 to clean of dirt and grime from the engine area.

Cos there is a reflective sticker on my helmet which i have trouble removing.

can i use WD 40 as well? Will it have some adverse effect on the paint surface?

Actually what kind of organic solvent does WD 40 contain that it can remove all the stains?

Anyway uncle soh my fuel gauge is getting crazier now haha...

Travelled 120km still shows full...

maybe bent it a bit too much...

So i should wait im left with less than half tank before i made the adjustment correct to prevent the spilling?

i dont depend on fuel guage de..it inaccurate..

wen de needle at red mark..i take it as reference..

it serve as a gentle reminder to mi..it b 250km++ by then..

i rely on de tripmeter..

de mileage travel determine h much petrol left..damn accurate..

rmb to reset de tripmeter knob after top-up petrol.. =)

Anyway i took your advise and literally drenched my engine with WD 40.

Looks better but still a few stubborn grime stains.

Any stain remover you recommend?

summary on rw:

daelim bikes have no resale value.

either u buy cheap from private owners or buy new n keep till scrap.

otherwise if u want faster/smoother ride, sport scooters r still the best.

True.....no resale value if you planning to trade in or upgrade. So best to use it for a couple of years...say 4 -5 years to make it well worth the depreciation value. If the bike's relatively in good condition, AS Phoon motors (ASP) will give you the highest resale value...provided you plan in buying their bikes over.

scooters, i wld recommend PGO if budget is concerned. Looks wise, also gives Gilera a run for their money. Also, dun underestimate this brand bro...if you've been to Taiwan...you would noe what i mean.

Ps: finally sbf has upgraded their hardware. :thumb:
