Well... i've check the pads the the cut outs are still there... wheel loose?

my current settings:

1) high-flow KnN air filter (DIY mod).

2) stainless steel exhaust header with welded 3/4" washer (DIY mod).

3) front sprocket 15 teeth.

4) rear tire 130/70.

5) carburetor:

---> pilot-screw @ 3 turns.

---> main-jet #102.

---> jet-needle's eclip @ slot #3.

6) engine capacity 140cc.

 

Uikss? Stsoh bro.. What do you mean by no. 6.. Engine Capacity 140cc?

hey guys... i was told by the bukit batok CKA Mech that brake lever cannot adjust... is it true?? i keep stepping on it..... imagine on expressway.. wondering why my bike so slow... than release my foot form the lever and woah.... massive pickup...hahahah... haiz.... any suggestion??

oh ya guys... the scratchy sound was comming from my rear wheel... uncle say all roadwin also like that.... he installed this metal holder to hold some part of the brake and the sound stop ..woohoo....and i kena change back to castrol engine oil.. sad... cos dun have other engine oil

spacerevo, i found out the same problem as yours few months ago, so i went to cka bb to analyse but the mech only put a thick rubber connected from the end of the right swing arm to the rear brake. now im using cable tie. every 1 month i keep changing.

but the improve of house power does not affect the top speed right?

just a stupit question... if i keep changing gear most of the time at 5k RPM and travel between 4-5K RPM most of the time.. would the vibration of the bike( notice that the vibration is slightly more) cause more wear and tear to the engine and the holders?

you mean i should change gears at 5K rpm and on that gear that I want to travel in, travel at 7k rpm?

saw a young guy with a FBA Plate roadwin travelling near Ngee Ann Poly.. Welcome to the roadwin family... if you are in SBF.. and the new roadwin really looks good.. with all the fancy stickers.. hahah.where to find those stickers ...

I noticed that my trip home today felt werid.... The bike felt like it was wobbling all the way..its like on a straight line, the bike goes sways left and right from the directed path... I'm not too sure is it my riding posture, my Fuel tank is at half or there might be some misalignment of the wheels.... Anyone have any idea?

Its Starter Recoil Unit.. not the starter button at handle bar. The unit is found on the ride side pod of the bike. I paid for a brand new one ah bro. Btw your bike can start ok or not. I'm also using the KnN Filter and it seems to contribute to that starting problem. Maybe I'm wrong. The engine feels choked when starting. Nowadays have to use choke to start the bike.

 

Hmmmn, no issues in startin the bike after the installaion. Must retune your carb to compensate the larger air volume flow though

does this mean that when i'm travelling at 90 on the expressway, i'm actually at 80?? i've been road hogging!!!!

 

btw.. what kind of pretrol are you using? I'm not too sure is it because i'm using shell 95 or is it because i'm used to the speed... my bike feels slower...
