hye bro.....rw comes only in 125 and 150 bro...125 is the first shipment while the 150 is the 2nd shipment....If u really wanna budget price, u can buy rw125 from me bro....now i am still looking for a buyers....

they called it "X5" or 150cc, just a label or marketing plot.

engine capacity is 140cc.

click here n read the engine specification cm3 = 140.2 cc,

I dun read chinese.. but from the figures, the X5 seems slightly larger in size than the 125 version.

my exhaust got scratch badly by the previous but i love the sound of the pipe... is there any way i can remove the scratches.... Looks quite bad...

Thanks got the chain maintenances advice... I'll try it when I'm free over the week ends... BTW... my Down gear problem is back again... haiz... when i kick down gear... From 2, it will hit neutral , then when i try stepping down again... it makes a scratchy metel sound.... like a low grr grr sound... wonder what the hell is it...

Hi ppl. Does anybody get lots of vibration nrxt to petrol tank when rving at or over 7000 while driving(more noticable) and load noice? Im also tryin to find out how i can keep same (or not difer so much) top speed but increase acceleration.

 

Any solutions for at least one problem.

I though its the whole bike that is vibrating.... my hand feels numb after riding 1/2 hr on expressway at 100km/hr...

its really a bad scratch...

i keep autosoling it... its still there...

 

My muffler got dent caused by accident last year.. I was thinking to stick a carbon fibre textured sticker, cover the whole muffler with it. Will be look nicer just like Ackra, Yoshi or even Ixil i guess.. hehehe. But am afraid the sticker can't stand for long and melt.. Hurmmm..

at 7k rpm, riding is still smooth.

maybe u should check the tank mounting bolts, it might not be secure.

 

stock 14t front sprocket will start to vibrate violently after >8k rpm.

recommend u use 15t front sprocket.

it will vibrate at later rpm n also with extra load will lessen the vib.

 

simple carb tune can improve acceleration but will increase fc.

recommend carb setting:

1) jet-needle's eclip at slot#3 (u can try slot#4).

2) pilot-screw loosen half or three quarter turn.

3) check accelerator cam cable at maximum (with minimum play left).

 

What do u mean by increase fc?

 

Also i found this info. on a different forum 'The quickest way to make your 125cc Roadwin run faster is remove entire factory plastic air breather assembly and install simple K&N foam air fliter..cost about 20 bucks..Next remove chrome muffler part of exhaust pipe..drill out the rivets holding the baffle..remove baffle and take a 15inch long or longer punch and knock bigger holes in the deflector plate in the muffler..discard baffle and rivet chrome end cap back on the muffler...next remove rear wheel and change rear sprocket to one that is 2 teeth less than the factory sprocket.I did this to my roadwin and it picked up 8 miles per hour faster than stock'-does this make sense.

 

These are the 'upgrades' I'm trying to get on my roadwin:

1. Increase pickup/acceleration

2. Increase or keep same top speed

3. Decrease vibration

4. Improve exhaust.

 

I know it is only a 125cc but its pissing off when u can not accelerate to skip an other vehicle. :angry:

 

Can any one help.
