basically u have done everything but did u tune the carburetor??

did u change jet-needle's eclip to slot#3 or 4 (better pickup but fc increase)??

it will improve acceleration (pickup) n overtake vehicle without any problems.

also check the accelerator cam's cable adjustment, when turn full throttle cam should have minimum uplift play left.

just curious , do you all down one gear one at a time or down from 5-1 ???

Hmm.. its like clutch in lever, downshift 5 times while comming to a stop... or do you clutch in one time, step down, clutch out and repeat steps...

 

2nd Question: Whats the RPM for 90km/h? Is 7k okie??

erm.. what i do is 5-1 and brake at the same time... till i stop at traffic junction...

Hey any one can suggest a K&N filter model or any dimensions of a tappered filter that i can use instead of the normal stock filter?

I know that i'm suppose to close trottle and brake lightly.. this bike engine brake is powerful... normally.. i'll close trottle, use the front and rear brake lightly... for about 5 seconds.. clutch in, and step down to gear 2-3 while braking... .about to reach final stop than i go gear 1... That how i do so in BBDC as well... they didn't say anything about it...

 

So i'm suppose to close trottle, down gear to gear 4, release and clutch in again, down to gear 3 and repeat till gear 1?

 

 

 

 

u should do the norm by using engine brake n light braking to slow down.

i wonder did u learn about slowing down by using engine thru step down gears?

using engine brake regularly when braking would effect the engine? cause for my case. i use all the 3 brakes but the engine brake is much affective to come to a certain emergency stop.

there's one at jurong west. but they do their customize stickers at home. so they actually do their business w/o adv,shops,etc. ever heard of it? cause i havent get their full address yet.

it looks more nicer than original round light...but only thing is that the front light is not that bright compare to original ones...If u wanna install let me know bro maybe we can go together....

Hi guys. Got a major problem. Went to start my bike and no budge!!!! The neutral signal does go on but it the starter is doing nothin. I used the bike last night and no problems at all. I'm not sure if the lights go on or not. Any one got any suggestions.

 

Also do roadwin have there own silencers for add ons or do u have to custimize them your self.
