it's seem like u asked a question n answered it yourself.......???????

yes, 10 mm n same direction thread for both left/right mirror mounts.

some bikes have left-hand thread for left handle n right-hand thread for right handle.

rw uses right-hand thread for both mirror mounts.

haha thanks... jus to confirm ma. cause when i look at it, it seems like the same as other normal bikes.

stsoh.. u r the most experienced in this.. mind if i ask..

wad determines the suitability of an aftermarket exhaust + header, ie full system. to date, i only know of the ixil and the moriwaki on the roadwin, but are we able to adjust or modify other exhaust systems to fit roadwin? for example, the latest B-bone can bit fitted with the aftermarket yoshi trioval, so i'm thinking, what are the possibilities of modifying it and then fitting into roadwin? of course, anyone who can help me on this will be much appreciated.

thanks alot guys!

thanks for the feedback.. in other words, in theory, i can take any exhaust endcan n fit it into our roadwins right? but that's provided we tune it properly after that.

one more question.. i'm still using the SS header but i didn't weld the washer. i didn't take out the baffle either. since i'm getting pretty good FC now, if i change SS header to the normal stock ones, would i need to retune my carb to get back my good FC? (ps: my guess is, i need to retune???)

thanks alot!!

hi Uncle soh,

check with you wat's your top after the setting ??

if u install back the stock header, probably gain back the loss power at low rpm without retune carb.

try first b4 any change, then try setup in my signature, it's the best config.

hi Uncle thanks for the info :) now testing on my b-bone ..

tat's good.

i don't like to go beyond 10k redlined to 11k.

normally shift gear 4~5k rpm.

along expressways like ecp or any level sections can full throt from 90 to 120 kph like clockworks.

anyone experience this problem before? my kappa k46 stoplight seems to have a problem in which the light is not being detected properly. it happened before and i used something to wedge inbetween the top contact point and the box to make the two contacts closer to each other and touch more but recently the pressure does not seem to be the problem. now its seems super hard to get the brakelight to work. anyone has any solutions?

just came back from cka. yep is was something to do with the contacts. and the spring loaded thingy did not depress enough so i had to add some small piece of wood inbetween to make it depress more. its actually cos the contacts were not properly designed and didnt press down the spring enough.

but u're using knn filter (modified), ss header with 2.5inch weld and u took out the baffle rite? so the setup in ur signature doesn't really apply for stock settings rite?

yes, i use a diy knn airfilter fitted nicely in the airbox.

not 2.5 inch, id is 1.125 (or 1-1/8) inch (28.55 mm) ss header sold by cka.

i removed db silencer (4 rivets) not the baffle.

db silencer is the small tube tat is at the end of muffler.

baffle is the metal plate at the middle of the muffler.

cka will punch holes thru it, i don't prefer it (can't mend back once it is pierce).

easier to remove the db silencer n can it be install back.

yes, my signature setup also apply to stock, try it.

main-jet #102 ($5/pc) n slow-jet #40 ($7/pc) can be brought at FJT.

got it.. thanks!!!
