i dun think it's a megelli coz the frame is not the same.

i've no idea wat is the brand coz it's a concept bike, not in production yet.

anyway it's a italian bike shown in ECIMA milano motorcycle show 2009.

do a search for EICMA 2009 in youtube n u can find many clips.

maybe it's a cagiva mito replacement becoz 2-strokes n carb bikes can't meet euro4 emission std.

all new bikes will be EFI, problem with EFI will be electronics, sensors, fuel pump n injector.

it means any problems cough up will be expensive replacement of components.

I dont think its a cagiva mito replacement. It really looks like a Megelli 125..

it is big, looks more like for the front wheel.

rear wheel disc is purposely design to be small n less stopping power to prevent wheel lock.

just be very careful n brake gently in emergency, it will lock your rear wheel.

fz150 is small if compare to rw, this mh7 is about the same size as rw.

wat i like is the upside-down fork, flower brake discs, hugger (i cut rw hugger to the same shape n size like this one), engine is compact n liquid cool like rwR, thin spoke wheel rims (lighter than rw), short muffler n headlight lamp.

only thing tat i'll change is the mirror.

guys, any aftermarket ignition coil for rw?? or use original better??? i think my ignition cable got some leakage...

some aftermarket ignition cable/cap r silicone insulated, try fjt@rowell rd (ngk), next door to fjt (denso) or LAB.

not very sure about coil, ask them, they should at least know the products they r selling.

from wat i know coils comes in one pole, two poles (inline-4 bikes use two of two poles coils).

i dun think there r four poles coils for bikes, maybe for cars.

only triumph triple has 3 poles coil.

electrical specs 12v input, 25kv output (not really sure about this, maybe u should find out more).

most spark plugs will give sparks at 5~10kv.

Any idea we could convert our Daelim Roadwin 125 naked to Daelim Roadwin 125 rwR? Just thinking if we could add anything. Have you guys modified anything to your bike lately? i was thinking to change the front light.. but dont know what type. haizzzz...any suggestion??

Oh yeah the MH7 naked 125 looks 80% like kawasaki ER6. Especially the exhaust and the front light... hahaha

u should trade-in your rw for rwR, instead of mod to look like rwR.

rw is a naked bike, if u like sport bike should change to sport bike.

carburetor bike is simple to maintain compare to EFI bike.

after a few yrs electronic/electrical devices will develop problems,

eg. fuel pump, injector, oxygen(O2) sensor, mass-air(MA) sensor, ECU, etc......

Uncle Soh, i knew that you remove the silencer on your exhaust. I want to remove it my self as well can you teach me?

1) how much speed do you gain when it is removed?

2) recently i have change my engine oil my self. Then when i srew back the nut, it kept dripping little by little... should i add a washer or something? last time was not like that maybe it went lose already

Uncle Soh, i knew that you remove the silencer on your exhaust. I want to remove it my self as well can you teach me?

u need 4mm n 6mm drill bits, rivets (3/16"(4mm) X 1/2") n rivet gun.

these r common parts tat u can find it at DIY shops.

first use 6mm drill bit to drill-off the rivet heads (DO NOT drill too deep, just up to rivet head only).

then use 4mm drill bit n drill thru to remove the rivet body.

once the four rivets r removed, u can use a wood or screw-driver end to tap-off the cap n the db silencer.

clean up all the carbon soot, applied sealant on the top-side.

place the cap n pop the rivets. done.

it may sound easy, do anticipate problems tat will pop up.

common mistake: drilled the hole too large. :goodluck:

dun forget to shake out all those drilled bits inside the muffler.

1) how much speed do you gain when it is removed?

removing db silencer does not gain any speed.

sound is nicer, louder n bassier.

muffler is cooler, not as hot as with the db silencer bcoz no trapped hot gas.

to gain speed, u need to play around with sprocket ratio n carb tuning.

for example:

stock sprocket ratio 14t/42t = 110kph@10,000rpm.

change sprocket ratio 15t/42t = 120kph@10,000rpm.

stock carb settings: main-jet #100, slow-jet #38, jet-needle eclip@slot#2, pilot-screw@ 2 1/8 turns.

current carb settings: main-jet #102, slow-jet #40, jet-needle eclip@slot#3, pilot-screw@ 1.5 turns.

not necessary to change jets, u can try setting jet-needle eclip to slot#4 for more power.

if u r not sure wat to do, pls seek your local mech for help.

2) recently i have change my engine oil my self. Then when i srew back the nut, it kept dripping little by little... should i add a washer or something? last time was not like that maybe it went lose already

u need to change the 'O'-ring.

otherwise u can use water-pipe sealing tape, warp around the threads.

do not over tighten the drain plug, u can crack it.
