cka charge $23 for castrol r4, supposely to be 100% synthetic oil but damn lousy. cannot fight with silkolene or royal purple synthetic ($15~17 per bottle, throw in $5 service charge still cheaper by a dollar or two n real synthetic stuff, not hydrocrack process). :mad:

i don't support castrol, they been cheaping customer for very long time, ever since mobil try to sue them in the 90s for using hydrocrack method as their synthetic oil (based on mineral oil n not PAO, ester, diester or polyester). :mad:

tried elf on my ta200.... ok ok onli leh... wah service charge so ex huh... jack i change 4 u eo charge u 50cent... how want not.... :smile:

haven try haven know la...not like you...your ex ta200 got taste many oil. My ex zing taste only semi -syn / mineral 4T only. So muz try la mr yob

saw a black rw fitted with a moriwaki also when i first bought the bike. I think appearance wise it is damn cool on the rw but until the day LTA approves the pipe, i wouldn't want to get it YET..... given too much 'tax money' to teepee & LTA oredi! :giddy:

cause muz give them sign service logbook during eo change. Anyway juz now, roy charged me 6 bucks for service charge but i'm not complaining la coz he took out and cleaned my air filter and checked and pumped my tyres too. I asked them why they never sell other oils.

he charge 6 bucks to open one bolt, drain 1 liter oil, fill up, open n clean air filter (dont know if rw must remove tank to remove air filter???) & pump tyre (free at pump station??) :faint:

Oil filter oso change ... forget

 

aiya...of coz DIY cheaper la....while he doing all dat ... i upstairs at the waiting lounge playing golf, enjoying air con on a damn hot day and relaxing. If DIY, i damn tired oredi after all that ...so consider it's quite worth paying for that kind of service.

 

Other shops u tell them change oil...they only do that ma...never take initiative to do other things unless u tell them

good service man.... ani wai after ur warranty finish, can try go gary looi's at tamp ind... oso not bad & near ur place ... :smile: not trying to do any kind of advertisement here but 1st time i wen there service my bike... oso they do all these xtra without me requesting. went there, say my bike prob, mech ride bike one round... then... he diagnose prob... change only those that need to change... :smile:
