fuel lever pointing down is ON. point right (towards rider's seat) is OFF. up RESERVE.

exhaust wise, i do not think any rw here cant pass inspection, except for moriwaki brothers out there.

stock pipe already so soft. punch hole and such, will make it growl abit louder.

change pipe, the sound totally diff.

 

ixil pipe, smooth sound, music to many ppl ears.

moriwaki, rough sound, irritate many anti-bikers, but music to my ears

 

ixil pipe got quite a few for rw and rwr. rw and rwr can share without problems i think, just gotta watch out carb settings.

got long pipe with round end.

short pipe round end.

short pipe oval end.

 

depends on pref. roy at cka can help.

 

moriwaki only one pipe if im not wrong.

last time i checked, roy has a second hand one for $500. gd deal. wanted to get it but need to save for 2a...

 

ixil pipe, all approved. i think its already pre approved, dun have to approve individually.

 

even daelim b bone can use the short ixil pipe.

 

 

 

just something to share with rw riders here... so long nvr come in see see... didnt realise now so many riders...

But just some correction on the exhaust pipe part. Currently there is onli one legal pipe for RW which is ixil pipe. Moriwaki pipe is not approve by LTA, inspection confirm fail one. D:

 

So using moriwaki like wat u have said, sexy music created... but use at own risk... x.x! Seriously, if moriwaki is approved for RW, it's gonna be crazy!!

think it's comes tgthr with the bike if the bike has the extra fairing or you have to buy it. not sure. mine comes tgthr with the bike.

I think if u wan to get the fairing u can order from CKA HQ. They might be able to order for u. Same goes to the bellypan... Heard the bellypan is ard $50+.

my bike wont start in the morning.

switch on can't start.no cranking sound.

but headlights fuel needle all ok le.but no neutral light.

is it becuz it wont start cuz not in neutral n need to move a few meters ?

or batt died ?

or is it the side stand safety feature ?

sianz le.in the end go to work by public cuz running out of time to troubleshoot.1st day alr give prob.=(

got kill switch one meh?

 

Try kicking ur gear to neutral, then push down the choke to start... Side stand wont kill the engine if u are in neutral mode.

dunno le.cuz when i switch on its not in neutral mode.so when i press ignition like nothing no sound nothing just a plain press.side stand still down.

Must kick to neutral gear then can start. If u are unsure whether u are on the neutral gear/ ur neutral gear light is spoiled, try clutch in and start engine.... it will most likely start up. You dont need to kick up ur side stand also.

 

Side stand safety features will kill ur engine when ur side stand is not kick up and not in neutral gear. If ur side stand is kick up, then look at the button near ur side stand... it's like a button can push one. Maybe too dry le, cannot be pushed out properly. Try drop some oil and see...

 

Next problem will be ur spark plug is old le, or battary died off >_

u nvr see mine... mine got petrol leak, oil leak, gear shift paddle fly off, back num plate drop on highway.

 

can u beat that... the petrol kiosk also shock at the tank leak... i top up and it flowed out faster than u can feel ur water bottle at a cooler man...

ofcos i still riding... it all happen in 2 days... the mech did do it well... its not the tank burst... the tank has two opening on the top side... one is the one we can open to pump... the other is half way down which is where the bouy is... the bouy floats to tell u the fuel level.. they nvr cap properly... lol..

 

its really a nice bike after everything was fixed:) but it was a night mare the first 2 days...lol

pre-owned one..tthey don't have brand new..but it really looks new n clean..ya gotta hate the the first few days of riding just just now i was riding stop at traffic light wana move off only it keeps stalling..had to keep revving at every stop..

me actually not matter which petrol but usually shell98 =)
