ya lar true la...but what to do? No petrol = no move. They control this type of essential product prices we can only suck thumb. Unless we all go msia pump when we empty la den maybe we'll see a 50% discount . But i guess a bit too troublesome not all willing to make the effort . I'm one of them.

good for general knowledge, at least now u know the specs. n cka mech can't bullshit especially the old guy there. :cheeky:

According to the manual, the settings for the jet needle eclip is set to 2 and 1(move upwards) is the richest. So our RWs are already running rich so to seems...

it happens to many manuals even in aviation turbine engines.

logically or technically, if the eclip is on the top most slot, the jet-needle will be seated further downwards, thus the jet-needle's taper-end will be supplying lesser fuel due to smaller orifice.

Dats y....btw RWs are using a 24mm carb. Seems a bit small but i guess small ccs 4ers dun need a larger venturi bore diameter?

I remember my old 125cc 2er was using a Delorto 28mm carb. Changed it to a Mikuni 32mm and significant increase in pick up can be felt. Wonder if we can do the same for a 4er?

just came back from jb, this time jam pack after passport clearance......crowded with 3~4 lining up to 100m just to clear thru the last check custom point. :giddy:

after lunch then custom officers open up another 2 check points for clearance...

some more uncle sam (tp) have new speed trap toy........infra-red speed trap camera...saw this twice already. :sian:

look at the tp bike, a camera mounted on the box n flashing red light.

wow, now they just stand by the road side under the flyover(shade) n just watch u speed by, make their job damn easy job.

lucky only going less 100kph on the meter......so corrected speed might be 90+kph.

I finally saw the speed camera at amk CTE flashing on some car ahead. I think the guy must be cursing & swearing. TP got new toy again....sigh. Police state is what we are living in right now. :sian:

Thanks stsoh. I told them the older guy about the prob quite some time ago. He told me to service this and that. wasnt really convincing so i told him another time den service. Maddy clarified with his mech before . The mech said its due to the sound is due to the vibration and is not a prob. So i guess shouldnt be much of a thing. plus the brakes are working well. Btw Thanks for the help on installation and stuff.

Oh ya jack. U can come down to get the horn from me when u are free.

anyway temporary loan the exhaust pipe whilst it went for welding.

saw the new roadwin model named "X5" with bigger engine capcity 150cc, no price yet. :sian:

y didn't it come out earlier. :sian:

wtf!! 150cc RW? Dats the first! Daelim so far hasn't come out with a 150cc model on any of their bikes! Haiya.....wtf!!

Nvm nvm.... can always overbore to a 165cc bore kit. LTA won't find out since they dun measure ur engine displacement during inspection...

Anyway, hp increment if on a 150 cc would see an extra 2-3 horsies....
