i mentioned many times, castrol full syn R4 not smooth on rw.

some times difficult to shift gear n if u happen to ebrake, gear will get stuck in between.

after try out different brands like silkolene n royal purple, soon will try elf.

jack currently using elf n he too find it better then castrol.

it is up 2 u, maybe u can try redline, respol, maxim or motul n let us know which is better. :smile:

how ebout mobil engine oil??? u ever try bro???

outside label stated 4T am i rite....but izzit all engine oil have the same litre

they r all 1 litre bottle n sufficient for rw, some r in bigger 4 or 5 litres bottle container.

u find a lot of eo bottle with 'motor oil' printed on it's label, these r usually for car use.

 

motor oil = for car use.

motorcycle oil = for motorcyle use.

 

just make sure tat the label indicate for motorcycle use or JASO MA on it's back label. :smile:

can exchange experienced or share opinion among us ....

guys,

 

careful when you ride even on trunk roads, saw a tp sitting down just beside damai sec (towards Sheng Shiong from Tampines) with their famous laser gun camera .....on a saturday afternoon some more. Was riding round seventy....trunk road speed limits are now 60km/h.

got it from soh who got it from one of the guys in the forum. Best if u try out the oils yourself la. For me no specific favourite. Will switch oil from time to time. Usually use fully syn oils rather than semi syn

Thats good . At least got income ma den can invest more on bike if got spare cash. Good luck in your new job. I'm also going to be quite busy soon. Starting school next monday. Sian after army 2half yrs come out brain cells like all gone. Btw i'll be in jurong so if u guys drop by or entering jb via tuas can jio me go. Just curious which insurance firm?
