Damn front brakes acting up again. Almost got into accident yesterday at night just after the rain. Was travelling around 50-60 kph before i wanted to turn into the carpark when this SUV woman driver was contemplating on whether to filter onto the main road.

 

Had to brake suddenly but front brakes were not gripping so squeezed the brakes harder when it happened. I almost lost control had it not been for my defensive riding technique learnt during my NS time. I was like one meter away from the car when i finally halted.

 

Best of all, while skidding and looking at the damn suv in front of me.... i could see the ladies expression macam she wanted to scream like that...IN SLOW MOTION. Haha... Damn close shave man...Lucky i said my prayers before riding evertime (almost)

hye...bro??? ride like a gentleman lah bro.....always SAFETY comes FIRST when u r on the roadside....thanks....

ok nanti sy cuba post gambar moto sy kat cni. Da lama sy x masuk Spore. Sebenarnye sy lahir kat Spore. Umur 12thn tukar kerakyatan. Ikut ayah balik Mlk. Tp kakak sy masih Singaporean. Duk kat Woodlands. Ingat nak buat balik passport sbb nak masuk sana cari barang moto. Kat cni susah nak dpt.

Insya Allah kalau di izinkan pasti kita akan berjumpa satu hari nanti ok.Sebenarnya saya baru sahaja beli motor rw ini.Usianya baru sebulan lebih dan saya dapati ianya adalah satu jenis motor berkuasa rendah tetapi nampak padat dengan stylenya yang tersendiri.Dahulu saya bawa motor RXZ FG plate buatan JEPUN dan ianya telah pun saya jual pada rakan saya kira2 pada akhir bulan MEI.

Awak tahu tak saya gunakan RXZ saya tu selama lebih kurang 13 tahun lamanya dan saya sangat kagum dengan tahap kekuasaannya yang kata orang boleh buat riding "wear and tear".Oklah utk pengetahuan awak bahawa motor rw saya yang terbaru ini berwarna biru.Bagaimana dengan motor awak?Kalau di sana harga bagi sebuah rw berapa ya? Kalau di sini harganya ialah $6900 tak termasuk IU unit.Awak ni dah berumah-tangga ke belum?Kata orang kalau duduk di kampung itu lebih elok dripada duduk di rumah flat.Kalau tinggal di flat bak kata orang bagaikan hidup seekor burung di dalam sangkar.

Baiklah sehingga berjumpa lagi di lain kesempatan,jangan lupa postkan gambar motor awak itu ok...JUMPA LAGI ....

hi lostjackal, I'm from Masjid Tanah. Which part of Alor Gajah r u from?

 

hi raden, fyi i'm married wit two kids. Boy and girl. Before owning a rw i use

to ride yamaha 100 then nsr 150 then yamaha tzm 150 and now rw. Had lots of accident but not wit other vehicles only "terlebih corner/lap". For me rw is good at cornering only lacks in power. But it's still a fun bike to ride. As far as i'm

know, i'm the only one riding rw at my hometown. My rw is black. Will post the pics asap. It cost RM 8,000/=. Had few ideas to upgrade my rw but still waiting for my fren mech for the go-head. Will let u know then.

My family (father's side) also from Masjid Tanah Kampung Durian Daun. My kampung is in between the two mosques. Currently my uncle and auntie is occupying the kampung house there.

 

Will always go back to celebrate Raya without fail there. During Raya, i'll always be praying at the mosque further from simpang

u still got any more spark plugs? If u have, can i get it some time in the evening later? I think my plugs are fouled. Very difficult to start my bike during the early mornings, always straining the rectifier and starter motor.

hmm ok then .... i pun dah kahwin juga.....anak 2 tetapi kembar tak serupa ....

keduanya adalah putera...alhamdulillah syukur kepada Tuhan.So far rw is my 2nd

bikelah bro...sebelum ini i bawa motor rxz { POWER } lah sebab tahan lasak kata orang tu...rw pada saya lebih banyak manfaatnya drp rxz kalau kita nak bandingkan cuma in terms of power kalau compare dengan rxz memang jauh berbezalah bro..betul tak....

hmmm oklah tolong beritahu saya kalau awak punya rw dah modified ok...sebab i punya kalau boleh i nak mod dan boleh pergi sampai 140km/h....izzit possible???

Accndg to my fren mech, RW is similar to Honda CG (in terms of engine specs). If this is true, then it's good news since Honda CG's parts are more cheaper compare to RW. Upgrading shud't be a prob since Honda CG parts is widely sold in M'sia. Will let u know then.

tried to tune my carb settings just now by removing the air filter cone. Seems pick up becomes erratic when doing so.... placed back the plastic funnel and acceleration becomes smooth again.

Anyone heard about the new 150cc roadwin? Check with some shop they claim the lastest model is 150cc is that true?

 

Anyone riding it? How to tell the difference between the 125cc n 150cc?

hye....welcome to rw forum...the new rw 150 [ X5 ] i think it is out for release already....the price of a new one is ard 7k +

The diff is if i not mistaken the size of the piston...and also the pick-up power plus the max speed....normal rw 125 can travel top speed at 110km/h only....

C'est plus une rumeur qu'une info pour le moment, Daelim aurait sortie une Roadwin 140/150cc baptisée Roadwin X5...

 

Bien entendu, la france ayant toujours un JO de retard, cette moto ne pourra rouler sur nos belle routes ouvertes bordées de radars pour prendre les chronos...

 

Parcontre on devrait pouvoir la retrouver du coté de l'espagne et des pays asiatiques ou les cylindrées sans permis vont jusque 150cc voir 200cc (il me semble).
