Tried roll-on test...no prob.

Roll-off test however slight acceleration felt when cutt off to 3/4 throttle. However cruising was no problem. Also, acceleration could been caused by my filthy carb. ...hehe. All in all should be no problem using main jet 95 if u seldom whack the bike. :smile:

 

anyway the Daystar is using #92 for the main jet.

Too low....shoulder pain....now already got chronic pain from yrs of riding. Prefer wan to jack up then feel more like S4 :cheer:

Where u can purchase main jet. Currently the compatible one is Honda main jet. There are other brands as well but since Daelim engines are similar to a Honda...so safer to use Honda ones

tried set pilot (air) screw back to original....

did the roll-off test, roll-back throttle to 7/8 position, speed did increase.

also tried set pilot (air) screw loosen by one full turn....bit bogging, doesn't feel good.

prefer pilot screw by half turn...feel perfect now. :smile:

a quick check from parts catalog, cka shows #92 but germany is #108, repair manual shows #102.

so which is which only physical check will verify it.

we know for sure on RW is #100, so don't worry about daystar.

cause some how, when i ride duuring work, i realise the meter doen't turn that fast...

it will move every hundred meters not 10 meters.

hey satria, how much did they charge u for lowering ur fork 1inch down?? was thinking of that when i get my bike next month...

 

plus,i realise the engine's grey in clr... is there a way to spray or change the clr?:cheeky:

Its FOC done by the mech takes less than 5 mins if he's free..

 

Not sure about the spray paint though.. maybe someone else can give advise..
