Usually done during an overhaul. It would be very difficult to spray paint the engine while still mounted. Usually, it is included in the overhaul charges.

Does your bike have the hazard lights function? The one where all four signal light blick together. I am not sure if the X5 have this improvement.

wah... than if all included coe and insurance worth of ard 600, than the bike price should b for X5 is ard 6.6k???
