the function of the tensioner is used to hold the chain in its place. chain loose cannot tighten...its considered wear n tear part :thumb:

just changed my cam chain tensioner. But gotta change my timing chain probably next week.. Haiz..

me previously using Total semi-syn, 15-50.

 

now change to Motul semi-syn 10-40. engine feels 10% lighter... :thumb:
