if its not the needles that are spoilt (seldom happens) then the main/pilot jets spoil. very cheap lah n u can buy pc by pc..no nid whole set wan. i think less than 10 bucks each...

btw, someone told me my problem is due to fuel over flooded, the fuel too much and the air not enough, the engine die off, after 15 mins, the fuel vapourise, then i can be started again... that's why my exhaust gasses got strong petrol smell....

must check the carb when i o motor shop tomorrow...

yup its overflow problem la like dat... main jet spoil liau. its like happen when a bike topple down, overflow n hard to start... have to wait for some time to let the petrol settle down..

but make sure when clean the air filter cannot use air gun to clean. use the liquid cleaner only n let dry itself..
