oh man... my bike needs big operation... cost about $500.... :giddy:

open up the air box, can see some fuel there, remove the air box, can see one of the air intake of the carb got oil mist...

ah chong said it is the fuel flow backward due to the valve got gap, that's why in the morning, the sensor sense that the fuel too rich and the engine can't start... need to wait for 15mins to let the fuel vaporise then can restart again... after the bike warm up, the gap will seal up and no problem riding afrter that...

so he will take out the engine, do the valve clearance, add shim, tune carb, clean the engine top housing and etc etc....

i called up the previous owner, we have sign agreement, if the engine got problem in one month, he will pay for the repair cost. so he will pay up for me, at least i not so stress... just that no bike to use for days till wednesday..

dat was wat i meant with the gunk stuck on the valves... u will lose compression power. but ur case is the extreme side. here have this kinda problems too but minor. bike only feels harder to start when engine cold.

anyway it was good for u, lucky ex-owner pay for u. my case i have to dig my own pocket :weep:

ya, think it is similar to your case... the carbon accumulate at the valve there...

the owner pay for me because we sign agreement, the bike got 1 month waranty, if the engine got problem, he has to pay for it...
