me cannot ler, exam starts 2 Nov, now evreyday study, but still dun understand the notes... :giddy: i'm going to fail again, sh*t man... damn tough... :giddy:

 

my last paper on 21 Nov, after that can go anywhere i like, any bike touring or not? long time never ride long distance liao...

 

then after exam i will start apply permit from my CEO so i can go track again (hopefully...)....

hi guys i oredi fitted my Akrapovic exhaust. sound is so close to the stock pipe when idling/lower revs. will take it out to the countryside tomorrow afternoon if no rain to test the higher revs. :D

wah damn. the akra performance not really suit for road use lah. the powerband is changed to rpm 8k onwards, compared to the micron which kicks in at 6k rpm. the pull is quite strong at the higher revs, but very hard to use unless for track.

 

imagine i come out of corners at about 110-120kmh. have to use 2nd gear until i hit like 140+kmh before change to 3rd gear. for the small/sharp corners abt 70-80kmh, accelaration on 2nd is not dat strong liau.

 

the akra does not give low end power and torque... only in the higher revs. i still prefer the micron after a day of hard trashing the akra around for 200+km.

 

to sum it up, it changes the whole powerband of the bike quite alot. my bike becomes more revvy, like a 600cc but with a 900cc torque.

Btw last nite test my fren bike (CBR1k) wif akra n pc3 on it, can tell that the low end n mid range damn shiok man ...."Joo remember dat the bike at Unity waiting 4 tunning"

2nd gear still easily pop up leh...and the dyno run results is rear wheel deliver 167 bhp n torque at 89N leh..:lovestruck:

the sound arh... i know low end almost like nothing, high end i cannot hear cos going too fast liau.... :sian:

maybe tonite will ask someone ride it n i listen from the side of the road. :faint:

yeah i remember it, all stripped down left the body nia. wow 167bhp n so much torque. dats alot for a CBR1k. so i guess u gonna follow the same footsteps too rite? :D

Tol u custome make the link pipe wif two outlet den u can use both pipe loh...nid low ,mid n high oso no problem di...hihihihi:thumb:

Saw a CBR919 kena escorted by Tp just now at ubi/kaki bukit area around 10am. I saw he using a carbon fibre pipe.. Be careful guys..
