Hello guys, just traded in my Super Four Vtec 3 for a brand new Xciting 400i, Still processing haven't out yet, Been considering hard between Silverwing 400 and this 400i, hope i made a good choice :cheer:

You will make a good choice if you compare to the silver wing. But bad choice if you compare to the spec 3. Cheers.

Where you buy the scooter from? Go back to the shop that you bought. From my understanding most distributors are qualified to do the scooters. Cheers.

Ahhh about time to change the belt at 17600km as there was sign of crack when last do cvt service at 17,300k. How come heard some said can last up to 30K. Maybe will change after 1st May. Here in KL the price is RM360 ORI if Kevlar RM345. Is the price about the same there in SG. And how much is for taller wind screen there. Aidi said GIVI Malaysia will bring in only on July which supposed to be this next month. Aaa delay again. Thanks guys and happy holiday

Wa got quality one not same from supplier. Maybe type of riding makes the different. I used to go long distance travelling to Thailand and likes to go to hilly places maybe taken its toll.

Well probably but less dan 20k usage is totally not acceptable to me....if we change the best oem belt here, it wud cost more than 250...

I can still use till 20k if i wanted to. But the thrill of riding is not there when the belt condition will come into mind every time I want to push the bike to the limit. Better save then never

Hi guys. Loving the xciting 400i especially the tail light part. Can anyone advise whether the underseat compartment is enough for 1 full face and 1 normal helmet? And does it.have 12v port for charging. And also is it possible to install radio on it? Been looking around. Not much 2nd hand. I guess I'll need to purchase a new one instead? Many thanks guys.

12V powersocket is on-board, and when you connect your cellphone the cellphone signal lamp in cockpit will light up.

Underseat compartment storage:

There's storage for 1 full-face helmet and a view other goods.

Note: Not all full-face helmets will fit perfect, some off them are just a view millimeters to high.

You can also lock 2 helmets on the outsite infront and beneath buddyseat, and or buy a Shad 48 Liter topcase and you can store your whole family.

My opinion:

Install a radio onto a modern scooter is not from this age, instead I would advise too buy your self a Cardo Scala rider G9 (6 RDS radio channels)

Wish you all the best with your decisions...

Kind regards, Jan ;)

Cameron yes my always favourite hunting place. At highway u can mantain 140 to 150 kph if the spped is ok to you. I rather take winding Sg.Koyan road you have to go through Karak then Bentong and Raub. The alternative route to Kelantan. Nice scenery there.
