Their gharmen peg their petrol pump price regardless of fluctuation of crude oil price. They produce oil, that's why.

 

Singkapor no oil production, so left it to the profit-driven petrol companies to increase price when they wnat.

 

Malayasia's Petrol price seems stagnant... SG's price change so many time in 1 yr but Malaysia's still remain...
