Yap, bike can pump Ron 95.

But some petrol stations in JB says bike also cannot pump Ron 95, so I just boycott those few stations.

yesterday ( 22/6 ) i just came back...pumped Petronas 95 @ RM 1.9 / l. Ok leh, no problems.

 

according to a sign at the pumps...it is only illegal for sg cars as it stated that motorcycles are excluded from that rule.
