newbie in need of some advice here.

 

after crossing 2nd link at tuas, where is the nearest point on ns highway to turn back towards 2nd link?

 

asking becos i wanna try go pump petrol then straight away come back.

 

have a slip road off the highway. i usually pump on a saturday after work @1130.....road not listed in the google map

I tried changing at the provision shop at AGL, he did gave me the exact rate that the nearby money changer is showing leh. Btw, I only changed SGD50 at that time.

 

 

 

Wow, I never heard of such practices. Mind sharing the location of this money changer?

 

So far, most of the money changer I go to does this... There's one at the Indian shop opposite pelangi plaza, sometimes they do it too... Maybe need see their mood and whether u regular customer or not? Not very sure... Lol

the rate is singapore is oways higher than in malaysia but at some money changers, you have to change $100 and above to enjoy the rate. if not they will changed at $1 = Rm 2. i ever tried changing $50 and the money changer told me u give me $50 i giv u Rm100 flat. u wan u change $100. this has never happen in malaysia when changing money

 

So far the only time I had this exchange rate of Sgd $1 = RM 2 is at the petrol kiosk when I forgot to change money before pumping the petrol... And I was too lazy to ride to the changer and back again cos I was only pumping petrol and no other thing to spend on... So just passed him $20 for a RM 38 bill... So ok la... Tip them abit la... Lol.. That time rate was 2.4

Just now at JB Shell station saw a fellow SG biker top up petrol into a small cough syrup bottle before he refill his bike

2b bike need 2t, he premixed his bike so he's using the petrol to wash out the remaining 2t stuck to the bottle... He use the cough syrup bottle to keep the 2t cos there's marking for every 10-20ml... So he can premix according to the amount of petrol he pump... Simple...

Exchange rates have been going at 2.50 for some time (checked online), but when I go to the money changer always 2.48 - 2.49 any lobang where they exchange (sell) for 2.50?
