Surprisingly, I got the opposite treatment when I went down to Minerva workshop in Kallang. They were attentive and got my bike sorted. And I am riding a COE M400.

 

Really, did you make any appointment with them before you brought yout bike down? Why the Different attitude towards Different customer ? All are paying customer, should be treated the same.

I think Minerva is great in their work and service. You walk into a bike shop to ask the mechanics directly about your problem they give you the answer directly back. I don't see how much service we need to get back. We cant expect them to sit down have a cup of coffee and chat all day. Just let them fix the bike good and get it over.

To be honest, no appt made. However I did call them abt the problem and they entertained me over the phone. It was 2 days later I did an ad-hoc visit.

But seriously, I found the attitude good despite being apprehensive.

Back from Macau tomorrow.. Dead tired. For those among you who drive, Ive bought a few sets of mp3/mp4 transmitters for car cigarette lighter sockets. 1GB memory. It sends a signal to your FM car radio and you can play your MP3 songs directly. Should have one or two sets left after passing to office staff. Cheap cos bought in bulk. SGD 30 only. i used to search around but no results. only KC are helpful. they told me to continue riding it. see whether got any problem. if got others problem then do it together at a same price,they quote me. no extra charges. but now like no leaking this few days. engine oil level ok. i suspect, thats time engine oil pours too much.
