End of Year Trackday:

Date: 29th December 2008 (last Monday of 2008)

Time: 0830 leaving white house for PG and breakfast, change money, pump petrol etc...

Track session: 1030 but must be there by 1010 to register and prep.

3rd trackday so far i have organized and hope to continue clean safe fun for everyone here.

 

Confirmed Attendance:

1. easy2findme - seng leong - 96488228

2. CMYRS - andre - ?

3. dinie - dinie - 91858701 - might be going as spectator only, cos over-budget already. unless someone want to blanja engine oil and track fees. =)

4. Dilip

5. Singhla - Lenny - ?

End of tires debate. Haha. I made a last minute decision on the Dunlop Alphas and felt it was very good and sticky compared to the 020s i was using. Being new, it was also very easy to turn into corners and lean angles were very stable. 120/60 front and 160/60 rears cost less than 016s. Overall satisfied with them after 30km or so. Will update in a while after the next tank of fuel. Did at racewerks and the people there were very friendly.

 

Looks like good interest for the 29th trackday. Very good. More monsters!!!

When it comes to bikes, I only see red…

or u need yr tyres early for secret PG training sessions right? :angel:

 

alphas are great tyres! glad u enjoy them

my front tyres becoming slick soon. can go one last track day. back still can tahan. i tot of changing to a 2nd hand front tyres but if can get good price i dun mind changing both front and back.

how much are 2nd hand front tyres?

 

i believe front & rear for alphas 120 front 180/190 rears are about 350 w/o mini MO.

 

is dat a good price?
