Nope. Seal probably needs replacing.

U wont be the first. The brakes are bled in singapore when the bike arrives. Might just be a case of overflow from the breather gap. Drop by minerva and highlight this to Zul since your bike is still under warranty. U might wanna purchase uprated dot 4 fluid as well and get them to install if u want. I would recommend motul 660.

Hi, I got myself a ducati m696 recently from a previous owner,just wondering what should i do first when i get a hold of the bike?coz i noe nth abt ducati.n where shld i go service the bike?coz i got alot of ppl recomending me to diff places such as worx and raymond and minerva?so where can i get it done betta n cheaper price.thanks. n lastly what is the best engine oil for my ducati 696?

recommended engine oil is 20 wt 50. Ducati rec shell but I use motul. Some people use petronas or Mobil. Your choice.

Il Monstro was torquey, responsive, very well behave today. Rode to Bishan, then to Woodlands back to Tampines then to JB right after.

 

Decided to refuel @ JB,my first eversince I got this classic 6 months back.

 

Then..the problem starts, monstro was unreponsive, riding back home I tried to push the bike to accelerate faster but somehow, It felt different, like the bike was underpowered..more of like a powercut..idling became low different from usual.

 

I heard that the petrol there Is different, and I refuel the V Power which I believe Is thinner then the norm..Could It be the petrol or Is my carb overflowing?

Could be water in the fuel or spark plugs too. Best to get it checked out:)

Most prob water in the petrol. Just need to look at ur petrol filter to know. If urs is not the clear kind, then go to raymond ask him to check.

 

As hann indicated, most prob only 2 possiblities.

 

Edit: alternatively, check if the fuel filter is clogged.

I would not recommend racewerks as henry is no longer there. Worx

Motorsport would be the substitute for racewerks.

Use recommended heavier oil for best results. 20 wt 50.
