Bruhs, need some suggestions from experienced bikers with technical expertise.my bike was a victim of an attempted theft of cashcard which left one of the plastic hinges on my IU broken. The IU cover is dangling on for dear life with one hinge.checked with LTA,cosmetic damages ain't covered by warranty.any suggestions on how to rectify this.cause was thinking of filing the broken plastic hinge and installing a metal-hinge,the sort that is used on doors, onto it but cant think of a way to secure it as drilling into the IU itself is a no-no...any other ideas?

Dearest Dukakis,

Uncle Mike formerly of Kallang Cycle has moved to AMK Autopoint, Unit number #05-27. Autopoint is at 10, Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2A, Singapore 568047. His number remains the same, 91169116. Cheers!

Dreamed I was a muffler. Woke up exhausted.

hi guys would be getting myself a monster 696 soon! would like to check where u guys normally service your bike

apart from minave. and also would like to know if there is any side bag or tank bag can recommend?

Go to uncle mike(2 posts before) or Raymond of bike harbor at eunos road 4. Both have many years experience servicing ducatis.

If you want side saddle bags get viper from chiap lee. For hard boxes ducati has those in its option list. Tank bags any non magnetic ones should work including bagster. If you choose magnetic ones, tape some metal to your tank.

Cheers

Change the casing? I changed my casing (converted from old bulky to new slim style) at this small shop operated by an old Chinese guy along Lavender Street (just before the old Minerva showroom). PM me if you are interested and I'll try to look up the info for you.

Greetings fellow Ducatistis,

After much thought, I am putting up my 2010 Monster 1100 w/ ABS for sale. Reason why I'm selling is because I don't have the time to ride anymore with my busy work schedule and I rather a fellow Ducatisti ride it in her full glory.

It is kept in a sheltered carpark and I do not ride in the rain. I also only ride during weekends as a means of pleasure and not a mode of transport. As a result, the bike has an incredible low mileage of 3000

The bike is also washed and waxed (Dodojuice Supernatural) weekly on my own and is taken care of mechanically as well.

List of modifications (who leaves a Duc stock?):

1. Termignoni CF end cans accompanied by air filter and DP ECU

2. Rizoma rear sets

3. Speedymoto Shinobi pressure plate with Speedymoto clutch cover

4. DP CF fuel tank cover, vertical strip & front fender

5. Touring seat with red stitching (better for your lil bro)

6. Brembo RCS19 master brake pump

7. CRG clutch lever with 5 adjustable biting points

8. Carbonvani CF rear cowl

9. DP short tail licence plate holder

10. CRG bar end mirrors

11. DP led signal lights (front and rear)

12. Pirelli Diablo Rosso Corsa

13. ASV brake and clutch levers

I'm asking for $25,500 firm. I consider this to be reasonable with the higher COE now, list of expensive addons listed, pristine condition and ultra low mileage.

Enough of talk, here are some pics:

Those who are seriously interested can contact me at my mobile (9847 7595) for viewing. I can let go the bike at anytime.

Cheers,

Desmond

Anyone has a spare headlight assembly for Monster S2R 800 that you could sell to me? I met with an accident...... Minerva has no stock and shipping needs one month... Or if there's an alternative solution?

A SAFE RIDER IS NOT NECESSARY A GOOD RIDER. HE MUST HAVE EXCELLENT RIDING SKILLS AND JUDGEMENT TOO.
