Actually just put a few drops of medicated oil on a cloth and wipe ur seat. Cats cannot stand the smell. My cats hate it alot. If that still cant work then put aluminium foil on ur seat. When they jump up and hear the 'cracking' sound they will jump back down. This is how i chase my cats off my bed when the whole family is out. Its proven to work! =)

No cats so far but I've had wasps build nest in my underseat compartment..
