*sighting of a woman flaging car around 930am - 1030pm at bt batok going towards bt panjang*

 

wondering did any1 saw her??

this is the 2nd time i saw her during my car driving lesson!

si bay scary lay

 

she was on the double yellow lines flaggin cars to stop. (no taxi around at that time) she seem to be around 27yr old well dress. seem mental ok. no TV crew around ( maybe some kind of Courtersy campaign TV prgm?)

 

si bay scared that she might jump onto the road n block my car when i drove past her! OMG!~!~!
