Not really. It's either you buy 10 pieces of sixty-five-cent coupons ($6.50) or you pay for $15 monthly season parking, which is half of that.

 

It's cheap...you should ask car drivers how much they're paying for per-coupon parking. Us = 65cents, them = $1 per half hour. Even season parking chokes up their wallets a lot.
