bros its a kind of clutch where if u down gear, ur rear wheel doesnt lock up when u do heavy engine braking.. n i mean really heavy engine braking

The effects will only be felt at track.

yeah.. true to a certain extent. however it nvr hurts when u realise tt u're going too hot into a corner and u still can drop 2 gears without worrying of wad will happen next
