Anyway come to think of it, our bikes are really heavy compare to other sportbikes.

With dry weight at nearly 200kg, plus rider & patrol & other accessories staff, easily goes to 270kg.

Thats the problem when we corner, the point of contact between the tires & floor supports the whole weight of the bike, ie: the whole weight of the bike lies on "the point of contact".

For my understanding, when there is oil patch on the floor, after prolong period the oil tends to "Zip" into the ground, especially the type of granite use for the expressway. When raining starts, oil particulars float above the water, making the road surface slippy. But after raining for a longer time, the oil is wash away...

usually if want to play corner, must know e corner really well.

then 1st time recce e corner, c if got 'white figure' ard n c road condition, then u-turn n play till very shiok..

@dirtbag: I never say i play corner. dont make it sound like i racer, as if i skid becoz i kup corner le o_O

believe it or not, i went in slow, becoz rainy days always remind me of a fren who skid his bike while conerning also. in my mind was, "that speed confirm can go thru comfortably" nevertheless, i went in and i was like WTF, the tires just give way.

u new member? i newer than u man lol...

ps: my fren just change his r1 tires to 180 as well, claims kup corner very shiok.
