pistolwhip, I'm keen to join u but work does not permit and my Kwak is not ready to roll on the road. Any idea who can u guys recommend to restore 1984 Kawasaki GPz900r.:cheeky: Spares will provided by myself and I like a detailed mechanic who's knowledgable in Kawasaki. Wanted to do a bolt and nut restoration project. Bike is running but leaking on left side crankcase since an overhaul job done in Yr2005.

 

Btw, have anyone seen any Kawasaki W650,ZRX1100 or a Zephyr750 for sale lately at any bike shops ? Pls drop me a sms @91123575 if any of the above mentioned.

Dunno where, but there must shops like that around..cos ive seen some very nicely restored classic bikes..

 

Personally..don’t know of any shops like that. Most shops I've been to don’t take pride in their work, they just bolt things on & charge a limb.

 

…no jokes… but maybe a chimp with a spanner could do better work.:lol:

 

Broken? scratched? Old? Buy new! Replace!...duhhhh... whats a torque wrench? Whats a vernier? :slapforehead: some of them really kayu mannnn...

Ha ha... ... Think I should give the previous mechanic another chance to do up my Kwaker again. Probably he needs some time to regain his memory on the 1984 Kwaker Ninja again.

 

Seriously not many shops has a torque wrench as torque wrenches require:dozed: calibration after some time of use.

Guys, I own this 1984 Kwak Dinosaur(1984 Kawasaki GPz900r) but in the midst of doing up. Any recommendations on which shop I should hit for a full restoration?

 

My Kwaker 900 performs at 18.5 to 19km/L on highway and 17km/L on city area. Finally got the pics. Here we go... ... Let the gd times roll:giddy:

Yup..did the zorst, also did zx10 shock swap.. made a huge difference. In process of swapping the forks....

 

once thats done......:pray: :eek: !

ha, went to Looi's today and guess wat, ah fai and duane's zeds are all sold... still say no market demand... :angry: guess we need to have a mass zed meetup soon, if not we'll get bored of just seeing ur own zed... :p colourblind, O-r-g-a-n-i-s-e-!-!-! :thumb:
