bikemania, the taxi driver although deserved it, but i hope that u can let him off if he agreed to pay everything fully for u and some compensation but do not get him jailed. ppl who is taxi driver is usually the sole bread winner.

 

i noe they deserve to be jailed and caned and more jia lut thing for hit and run, but hope u can be more mercy, cos afterall, he did not intentionally knock u, but is cos of negligent. he ran away is wrong but if u can get back everything and compensation, i really hope that u can let the matter rest.

 

if he is purposely knock u down, u wanna let him off i also dun allowed u ah, but i hope that u can be mercy to him.

 

But in the end, the choice is yours.

Try tightening the battery connections 1st.

 

If your problem is the same as the one i had recently, then all you need to do is to tighten or clean the connectors to the battery.

there was once my fren he kena knocked by a driver, then his father hired a lawyer and they sued him, i think he got some tens of thousands becoz he was injured somewhere. You know how lawyers can make something out of nothing, so hire a good lawyer.

sometime it might be the fuses ( at yr pillon below ) , do u check ??

I experienced the same as u upteen times...

causes: batt connector loose/rusty, fuse broke, starter relay spoil/ starter relay's fuse broke.

where u stay? if stay sergoon area, i can come help u, if stay west side, ask ken help u

 

Check fuse: open up pillon seat, u'll see a black box with the plactic popin up forming the word "FUSE". open the fuse box n pull out all fuses n see got break anot. if nv rem sala, shld have 4 main fuses n 2 spares.

When he knocked u sown, nv did he spare a tot for u that u might also be ur family's sole bread winner... didnt even check whether u r alrite anot..didnt bother abt ur life.... Y bother abt this type of pple? He can be the onli person supportin his fam n u could also be the onli 1 supportin ur fam.

 

From my own experience, dun get any bikeshop to engage lawyer to fight for u, by hook or by crook, find $$ to engage urself, this way, can g'teed u tat u can repair n replace almost every single parts of ur bike n get a "almost" brand new rvf out otr, trust me. from big parts like fairings to small parts like rect.. change everithing the surveyer from the cab's insure com allows u to!

Get the latest n most ex paintwork too!!

 

Hospital fees, if u hv pay ur bills when u leave the hospital, den DUN PAY YET! they allow u to get discharge n leave even if u hv pay, collect all the bills slips n summit in court, den ask the bugger or his insure com pay for u directly

 

Misc: claim lost of use of bike($$ not that much, but better den nuttin), transport claim ($10/day), work claim(good $ if ur work is comission based). Trauma that u received durrin the acc( this is gg to be gd $$), pain n sufferings sustain during the acc(gd $$ too!), best if u got exposed scars lets say on ur limbs, go see a phyciatrist(spellin err)-xin li yi shen, ask him write a report statin tat u get depressed n aft the acc, couldnt bring urself to the public or even work due the the scars realli makes u sort of paiseh...I cant rem the word to use in this sentence, its just some mental stuffs la, but trust me again, this part is as good as winnin 1st prize in 4D!! rem to treat me when u get the $!!

the method can onli be used if ur bike got power supply, sumthin like engage 2nd gear, push back 3 time or dunno wad, denkicj to N n start, not too sure tho..

hmm...push bike ah...hmm...think u got to be n second gear first...then u cluth in and push the bike until there is like a momentum...then u release ur cluth....

Check these first:

1) Loose battery terminal connections

2) Blown fuse

 

As i said b4....it might just be the same problem i encountered - loose connections.

You wouldnt wanna spend money replacing items that are still functioning right? Thats what most bikeshops will do. Even if you have only a loose connection, they can say until you rectifier spoil, your magnetic coil spoil. If you dont mind getting kotoked by them, go ahead. If I were you, I would at least try to know more or try to fix the problem myself first.
