Check yr owner manual. As some bike run well with semi syn and some mineral. My 2cent advise is to use mineral and change every 2000km for 4 stroke

Oh, cause sometimes manual might not be the best of all. Just want to ask the majority of you. Maybe you guys got something better to. Currently I am using semi-syn oil.

Semi for spark and x1r is okay. Just like on the manual. My friend riding x1, he uses fully syn, after riding, he will see oil dripping out. After changing to semi, okay le.

because fully syn oil all the particle very even, easily slip thru small gap from the gasket, as for semi the particle some uneven so is a good thing at least to seal up the gap from the gasket XD

Haha bro sounds wrong. 'Uneven' particles like will damage the bike itself while flowing thru the system..

Running in should change eo often.. 500km - change, next 500km - change.. Next 2000km - change. This is done to remove the fine particles cause by rubbing metal parts together.

This is done after doing an overhaul on your engine. For new bikes, don't worry about running in as they have been through factory run-in before leaving the factory. So can just whack the throttle and change at 2000km
