Sorry bro. haven't run in yet. Just took the bike yesterday.

Bro, have you noticed the current fuel consumption display? Wonder if the reading is accurate anot? And btw at which rpm you changed your gear?

Digital meter is not accurate. Sit on your bike straight and wait for 15 second without movement that should be the most accurate reading.

What do you mean bro? The current fuel consumption display I am talking about only comes into display when the bike is moving above a certain speed

For the FC thai riders have reported 20-25L/km for a 100-110km/h cruising. Not sure what's up, should be more in the range of 28-30km/L.

Probably not 600km per tank, more like 500km I think ? Guess we have to wait a few more months to get clear figures.

For me I feel that the sweet spot is around 3.5k to 4k rpm... normally will change around that range...

Considering most bike range in the ~350km range. 500km IMO is pretty decent.

I'm just wondering what's the max RPM for 400X? Looking at Honda web site it says max output at 9,500rpm, comparing videos on youtube for 500x their max RPM is 9,500rpm. Doesn't make sense :sian:

My 400x FC around 28km/l ...the digital fc meter is not accurate, even the consumed liter reading also not accurate.

my case was, showing consumed 11.3 litre with 252km traveled, but actual fact i only can pump in 9 litre...

I too find that the meter is not accurate... For my case, I find that the current fuel consumption display kept showing different readings although I maintained my speed at the same rpm on a straight road.

Original Honda side case and top case carrier + 2 side case cost SGD2,500...is this a good price ?

*Top case FOC from bike shop (non-Honda)

Sounds overpriced to me... Rather get non Honda box

Hi Daniel,

Looks great and makes one highly visible.

Is it legal in Singapore?

Worried that TP will pull in the bike and issue violation ticket.

Should be illegal.. Even if u change your brake hose oso illegal..

Wow - sounds very expensive! An alternative here at USD$1225 with free delivery from Japan, just have to add 7% for GST - still a savings of a few hundred dollars...

i am using his product. Excellent stuff. Work as advertisement. Pretty good to wake up tail gater

Yeah, clearly not "legal", but so far the easiest to installl I've seen. Where did you get it ? Online ? How much ? :)

I'm also looking for a gear indicator. Just always wanted to have one and does't make sense to invest in one for a 2B bike.

I see, so back to good ol' self estimation. Nothing beats the calculations at the pump :)
