for me , the best setting for my Vtec 3 is to go to the fourth setting (stiffer by 1 click) and 2nd groove for the adjustable blue screw on the forks..damn swee for my weight ....its easy, just try..cos if u dun like the setting can always set back to stock settings

Hello guys jus want to know whether my suspension is faulty.Cos my chain is lose quite fast.i have jus change the chain early this yr.the brand is EK.my fren told me maybe is the suspension cause it cos my suspension is quite soft and is fully extend to the max.No sign of oil leak.check rear bearing n swing arm bush is okie.only the suspension is soft.so would like to ask it is like that or need to go for rebuilt. My bike is spec 1,i think previous owner got change the shock to older one n he coat PVC coat to the suspension to prevent rust.

Any helpers?

sorry for broken english.

If your suspension is realli too soft , imagine you go over a hump , the bump goin thru ur suspension will be increase as ur suspenion be depressed and ur chain will be stretch .

get ma idea ?
