its best that you have your bike checked by your mech.. if its hardened already its time to change your tyres..

Rat bike - A motorcycle not necessarily kept in pristine condition, often painted matt black. Minimal maintenance and mismatched parts often used.

anyone using Metzeler ME Z1 ,any comments abt the tyres?

ME Z1 debuted in 1996.

So doesnt a 13 years old model perform better than today tires??

I wouldnt put it on my 100bhp bike at least....

Low powered bikes can consider if the price is good.

Hmmm ,from my point of view since all my other brothers are using, pirelli is one of the most gripping tyres tat i ever known apart from michelin, water dispersion during high rotary speed takes out at least 50 to 85% of water from the thread thus improve grip during wet weather.but have you season it?

Today went to change one set of Pirelli Diablo HRs at Unique Motorsports... $255... Unable to test yet... Still slippery and was raining all day...

Not enough $$$ to change to the Bridgeport tyre valves... Did other servicing though....

wow.. how did you arrive your figure of 50-85%?

i using bt021 front and rear.. would it be recommended to change to other brands of front tyre cos i heard bt021 front squares out quite fast..

you guys should try Michelin Power One..

can give it your full confidence that it will grip well after warm up..

wear and tear wise, i cant comment yet as mine are only 3 weeks old..

tyres are best performs as a set.. as normally front and back will work together..

i tried BT021 on my S4 before.. mine also squared out in the front. you can either buy just the front or whole set to ensure performance..

you can try BT090 as it got better performance and cheaper than BT021.. but of cuz, they wear out faster too..

BT090 is quite a old model already too..

hi

my bt021 have not squared out yet but was thinking to change to michelin pilot sport or bt090 or others if it squares out..

oh yeah! bt090 is very good.. my previous set before bt021 was bt090.. my worn out bt090 gave me more confidence than my bt021. of cos that's on dry.

pump every week..so can't be this reason.

the tyre seems fine tho...

can the bearing be the cause of this wobbling ??

i suspect this also...

ride safe today,ride again tomorrow
