Comparison of F4 and 1098

 

The F4 is smoother, quieter, more refined and gentleman's road racing street bike.

 

The 1098 is all about torque. Front wheel lifting, hold on to the tank with your knees and forearms or

 

it will spit you off the back torque. The brakes on the 1098 are stunning. Scary stunning.

 

The stalling is not an issue and can be fix.

 

The MV turns and carves so smoothly, like a slalom ski on water.

 

The 1098 is razor quick. Just think about turning it and it goes.

 

I find the riding position on the 1098 slightly more comfortable.

 

The bike is a tad lower than the MV.

 

The foot rests seem high on the MV and can be solve with a rearset

 

The transmission is better on the MV. Very precise. The MV is geared better,

 

but the 1098 can be improved with a 14 tooth front sprocket.

 

But the sound of the MV is much better than the 1098 with slip ons

He has a scooter for daily riding.

Reasons: on why he want to sell the bike is becoz, he wanted to purchase some new models ...maybe the ducati 1098 or k7? and i guess he is also planning to set up his own biker cafe few years down the road.

Sigh .... so bored ...

well the problem in singapore is .... more of their thinking .....

 

they rather get a car ...... as compared to the bike of the same cost.

 

Its different in other country where they get what they wan irregardless of the value.

 

Some even have all the series of Mv and lambo and a maserati not because they are rich but becoz they love them

sure no problem ..... take care of your health.... i also just start riding back.

 

got into an bad accident. long story but driver at first claim he fall asleep and bang be from behind...... i flung ard 10m. bike total lost.

 

now court case ..... tp case over ..... driver found guilty .... civil sue
