Yup, incurred interest is between out-going owner and shops, in-coming owner requires to absorb transfer fees and get their own insurance.

It had been market practices for ages. In the event which by the outstanding value of the vehicle is more than their market value, seller usually

"top up" or pay buyer the differences in order to get the vehicle off their hand. Alternatively, some shops accept trade-in but the existing interest

which are unsettled will roll over to the next ride that the seller pushed outa. The cycle repeats...
