I once saw a guy riding RVF. He tow his bike to the bike shop. He just do not know why his bike cannot start. After checking various parts by the bike mechanic, the mechanic told him that his ECU is damaged. It is due to the auto starter kit that he has installed. You guys got to be careful with this. Especially those with HISS system. Just the system alone can squeeze u dry dry liao :goodluck:

Aoccdrnig to a rscheearch at an Elingsh uinervtisy, it deosn't mttaer in waht oredr the ltteers in a wrod are, the olny iprmoetnt tihng is taht the frist and lsat ltteer is at the rghit pclae. The rset can be a toatl mses and you can sitll raed it wouthit porbelm. Tihs is bcuseae we do not raed ervey lteter by it slef but the wrod as a wlohe

i'm riding spec1. intended to install an alarm, but will go off only then there is a slight movement made. no auto-start stuff. will it affect anything?

my friend installed one b4 on his spec2, only alarm, no auto-start, but he removed it after sometime. heard some remarks that it will cause the wire to go haywire.

is it true?

heard b4 it'll drain batt if alarm keeps going off (very sensitive)

so u muz strike balance between sensitive and save batt..

imagine u park open carpark and it rains heavily with very sensitive setting.. ur alarm will keep on sounding till forever..

imagine u in mscp with very sensitive setting.. cars/bikes with loud exhaust go past.. ur alarm also sound like free..

i see b4 the device on someone bike. the motion sensor is put near rear seat.. so sensitive to rear of bike.. u touch the front, no effect one. depends which model u get also..

so decide carefully..

best way to secure bike is to handle lock, disc brake lock, cover ur bike..

i bought it at regina for $120 including installation so far so good the only bad thing is i park at mscp surrounded by so many cars so my range of remote activation n disalarm reduced but apart from that remote start prove to b very useful alarm sensitivity oso moderate so far my voltmeter indicated no battery drainage though.

the remote statr really impress a lot of pple.even strangers.lolz :lovestruck:

I wonder if the volt meter really works. Cos it is always at the top level. But one thing good to prove that it is working is during your battery is flat. Then you wont see the needle going up liao. Even if the battery level drops, ur needle also indicate the same place....
