haiz... gonna try my luck to appeal... some more i got buy season parkin... but no space for me... sianz... ts is not e 1st time liao... if previously i appeal for my ex-bike and successful, then tis time appeal for my new bike will there be any record? cos e officer told me would be able to appeal next time liao...

i think it's the person's name in their file.no matter how many bikes you changed,your name be in their records if you ever been summoned for parking at void deck.

well .. guys... need to contribute to TP retirement fund.. right..

 

i stopped at zig zag line.. and fined 120$ plus 3 points.. apppealed thru email, straight away rejected.. went and see tp.. he threaten me to send to court...

 

i am still appealing within my right.. within deadline...

 

and i parked for less than 5 minute... on narrow lane, no bus stop, no pedestrian crossing... one block away from junction.

 

i admit my mistake and asked for linency as first offence... but denied..

 

may be that tp had a fight with his wife... or not enough sleep..

 

i met one uncle there, who delivers letters and fined for parking of his bike.

i feel really sorry for him..

 

sg laws are really harsh and sometime.... the officer cant judge and hide behind those law books..

If someone is a valid season parking holder but suay suay the carpark is full then hw?? Cannot be paying for season parking but still cannot park rite??

 

BTW mi void deck lagi worst, got those kind of Town concil CCTV, want to escape also cannot.

maybe it multiply up to $5k(depends on how many times kana caught) but $5k is really crazy..

Do you notice the recent "bikes on fire" case at Hougang ? Those bikes were parked at void deck.

i juz kena 2 big ones dis morning.. 2 bikes.. 100 bucks each.. 200 dollars.. waaaa~

 

hai.. oso duno whr to start.. i was feelin quite energetic dis mornin so i decided to gif my bike a wash.. so i did wat i normally do.. move my bike up the void deck..

 

as i was ridin my bike up.. 2 office lookin ppl saw me n approached me.. they warned me if i park my bike under the void deck i wil get fined.. i told them i was onli goin to wash my bike.. then one fellow told me to shift my bike out after i'm done n dun wash it on the tiled floor (which was basically the WHOLE void deck).. i nodded but wondered who they were.. i suspect they were from the town council cos i was them inspectin the wall when they walked to the opp blk..

 

so i started to wash my bike.. took me quite a while and when i was done i looked at my fone.. 1050hrs.. 1hr 10mins til town council closes.. i tot it was safe cos onli the town council wil come n fine me..

 

i was decidin whether i shld shift my bike out.. ultimately my laziness took over.. i tot there's not much time left so i shld be safe..

 

end up.. kena 2 jialat jialat.. y 2 ? cos other then my bike.. i was takin care of my fren's scram which i park under the void deck too..

 

anyone can tell me wat r the chances of an appeal goin tru ? and wat kind of convincin reasons can i gif.. any successful cases ?
