any try it b4 ? i call the operator and was told,once pay online there will be no sent document to ur hse,data is kept in their data base.

 

what shall i then do with the old log card with inaccurate data..go lta n get a new 1 ? any advise some 1..tks

Ive not tried b4 but my colleague has just renewed last month...

Now LTA no longer using paper Log card liao... After renewal, you can check the updated info or so called renewed COE in onemotoring.com using your Sing Pass... As for the old paper Log card, you can frame it up cos that's history liao...

I'm expected to renew my COE for my bike next year as well...so I'm hoping the price will drop. Else, scrap.

 

The thought of scrapping my bike makes me cringe. Sheesh...throw it away just like that.

I just renewed my COE online in april for 10 yrs. Very simple procedure.. I just used my debit card to pay. But i got a letter from LTA stating my new COE expiry date. Lucky i renew before the COE went up.

Even at $1.3k, renewing COE is cheaper than buying a new bike.

PQP = Prevailing Quota Premiums.

 

Prevailing Quota Premium (PQP) is for those who wish to extend the COE's of their vehicles. Vehicle owner does not need to bid for a COE as the PQP payable will be based on the moving average of the last 3 months Quota Premium results.

For a brand new bike, they'll charge the $1,352, which is also known as QP.

 

To renew COE for a used bike, they'll charge the $1,144, which is also known as PQP.

think coe will hit abt 500 from dec - march next yr...

 

and once its 500 no need to think just renew, even if it goes under 100 bucks i think 50 per year is a v v gd deal.

No.. Anytime you can renew.. Not only when it's near expiring...
